Arsenal kicked off their Europa League campaign with an unconvincing 2-1 win away to Rapid Vienna on Thursday night.
The Gunners fell behind after a rare mistake from Bernd Leno allowed Taxiarchis Fountas to slot into an empty net on the 51st minute.
They however recovered and David Luiz pulled one back in the 70th minute before Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang completed the comeback four minutes later.
It was not an impressive performance from the Gunners, but they got the job done.
One positive point from the match was Thomas Partey’s performance in his first start for the Gunners.
The Ghanaian international was rock solid in the middle of the park and dictated play best way he knows.
Here are the highlights;
He was voted the man-of-the-match by the club’s fans after the match.
Fans will be hoping to see more of the same when Arsenal host Leicester City in the English Premier League this weekend.
