Ghanaian defender, David Acquah will arrive in Ghana on Tuesday February 9 to join his colleagues in the National U20 camp for their final preparations beofre the team moves to Mauritania for the AFCON U20 championship.
Acquah, currently on loan to Hapoel Nof Hagalil is amount a kist of 4 foreign based players invited by cosch Karim Zito for the final Tournament.
The 6 foot central defensive footballer known for his instinctive aerial play, and blockbuster tackling abilities, is expected to beef up the defensive set up of the team.
David Acquah played for Tudu Mighty Jets in the Ghana Division one league, before switching to the Israeli side.
Before leaving for Israel last year, Acquah was one of the top players of Mighty Jets and was on the radar of a number of teams, including Accra Hearts of Oak and Inter Allies.
Aside his natural centre-back position, Acquah can also operate as a right-back or a holding midfielder with his greatest asset being his ability to start attack fron the back.
