Abdul Ganiyu has finally extended his contract with Kotoko.
The centre back signed a new deal ahead of the 2021/22 season.
Kotoko engaged the defender to have him extend his stay at the end of the 2020/21 season.
The 26-year-old has decided to pen a fresh contract after a fruitful negotiation.
He was one of the outstanding players for Kotoko last season and also emerged as one of the best defenders in the League after scoring 5 goals for the Reds.
Kotoko are currently working on player contracts but will look to make a few more additions to their squad.
The Ghanaian giants have so far signed former Inter Allies midfielder Richmond Lamptey as well as defender Maxwell Agyemang from Division one side Mighty Royals.
