Accra Hearts of Oak SC defender Raddy Ovouka has been handed a maiden call up into the Congolese national team for the upcoming 2021 AFCON qualifier against eSwatini.
The flying full back enjoyed a dream start to his personal campaign with Accra Hearts of Oak SC and has now been rewarded with a place in the 23-man squad for the double header later this month.
Raddy Ovouka ousted Williams Denkyi from the Hearts of Oak SC starting XI and has since sealed a place in the capital based side with some energetic outings to match.
The Congolese import was recently nominated for February POTM by supporters of Accra Hearts of Oak SC and is now set to make his international debut if selected for the AFCON 2021 qualifiers.
He is the second Accra Hearts of Oak SC player to earn national call up in the last few weeks with the inclusion of Richard Attah in the Black Stars squad for Sudan showdown.
