After a difficult time with Kotoko, Ahmed Adams have made a return to Berekum Chelsea on a permanent deal.
Chelsea announced the acquisition of the defender who returns to Berekum eight years after crossing roads to Kumasi.
The experienced defender becomes the fifth arrival at the Club joining the likes of Gideon Obeng, Kwesi Sefah Biney, Cephas Doku and Nasiru Osman who all become blues in the transfer window.
Adams was initially said to have reached an agreement with Ashanti Gold, a deal which could not hold at the end.
He returns to Berekum Chelsea to rediscover himself having stay out of competitive football for almost a year following his release by Kotoko.
Kotoko showed the former Black Stars B defender the exit after the arrival of Abdul Ganiyu, Wahab Adams and Emmanuel Agyemang Badu.
The 26-year-old won three League title with Kotoko in his seven-year stay with the Club.
