Al Fayha winger Samuel Owusu is already enjoying his time in the Saudi Pro League.
The Ghana International made a surprise move to Al Fayha from Serbian Club Čukarički, a move which raised lots of eyebrows due to the growing interest from top European Clubs for the 24-year-old.
Owusu has so far made a mark at Al Fayha scoring five times for the Club in Saudi’s elite division.
He is however impressed with the level of competition in the League rating it as the best in the Middle East.
“I see that the Saudi League is one of the best leagues I have played in so far, it is a very professional league and includes a lot of high-quality players, so it is the best league in the Middle East”, the 24-year-old said while speaking to Sport 360.
The former Vision FC man made his way into the Black Stars squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt where he featured in games against Cameroon, Guinea Bissau and Tunisia.
He has since claimed his spot in the team and was recently included in the squad for the suspended Cup of Nations qualifier against Sudan.
