Ali Alhassan, two others banned for alleged bribery in Ashantigold-Asante Kotoko match

 

The Ghana football Association has handed temporary bans to three match officials who were in charge of the GFA Normalization committee special competition match between Ashantigold and Asante Kotoko.

The referees Ali Alhassan, and his two assistants Mustapha Abdulai, and Mohammed Issahaku have asked to stay away from all GFA official matches until the final determination of the allegations against them.

The three have been accused of taken 8,000 Ghana Cedis bribe from an aide to the Executive Chairman of Asante Kotoko in the said match.
