Coach CK Akonnor handed opportunities to the quintet who received their first call-up to the National team.
Fosu, Djiku and Ansah were all handed places in the starting team, with Sulemana and Lomotey coming off the bench.
They will be hoping to get yet another opportunity in Ghana’s next game against Qatar on Monday.
Meanwhile CK Akonnor is expected to ring changes in his next game by handing opportunities to other players who could not feature in today’s game.
The games are being used as part of the team’s preparation for next Month’s Cup of Nations qualifier against Sudan who also lost 2-0 to Tunisia in a friendly.
