Accra Great Olympics coach Annor Walker was full of praise for his players after they exhibited a high flying performance that ensured they beat City rivals Legon Cities by 3-0.
The win took the Dade boys to the top of the Ghana Premier league with 4 points, having drawn their first match in Tarkwa.
The experienced gaffer reserved to habour all the praises, insisting his ‘boys’ dedication did the magic.
The former Berekum Chelsea, and Nania FC coach stressed that the team had good coordination during pre season, and had seen that manifest in their two games
“We really trained for this match and I’m happy we executed our game plan very well.”
“Before the game against Medeama, I took them to camping in Prampram and it manifested in the one point we took from them.”
Mr Annor Walker maintained that,by the performance of his side, he believes they are ready to face the season and any other team that comes the way of great Olympics.
“Physically and mentally, I’ll say my boys are sound. What I realized during our pre-season is that, you’ll find yourself in relegation if you’re not prepared enough for this season. I’m happy my players have shown in the two matches that we are ready for the league this season.”
