Former Asante Kotoko striker Saddick Adams was promised an impressive GH¢1000 for each goal scored during his time with the Baba Yara Park outfit by the club’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Kwame Kyei.
The former Ghana youth international joined the Porcupine Warriors from Berekum Chelsea for a reported GH¢80K on year deal and capped his tenure with the Kumasi based side with a hatrick in 2017 MTN FA Cup against Hearts of Oak SC.
Speaking after his departure from the record Ghana premier league champions, Saddick Adams revealed he was promised a cool $200 for each scored whiles with Asante Kotoko SC though it was not fulfilled.
“Doctor Kwame Kyei promised to give me GH¢1000 when I score in every game I play for Kotoko but he never fulfilled any of his promises”, Adams told Ashh FM.
The stoutly built forward ended his era with Asante Kotoko SC with 12 goals in all competitions and could have pocketed a cool GH¢12,000 had Dr. Kyei fulfilled his promise.
Saddick Adams is now in the books of Ashgold SC after leaving Kumasi Asante Kotoko as part of the massive verhauling under Paa Kwesi Faabin.
