The Coronavirus pandemic has brought the Ghana Premier League into a standstill leaving players with no option than to engage themselves in individual training sessions to keep themselves active.
The National Sports Authority under the directive of government have decided to give the greenlight to non-contact sports to begin training ahead of a potential return.
With football currently in an uncertain state, Donkor reveals he is ever ready to take a test should the need arises.
“It won’t be out of place if we (AshantiGold Players) are tested of Covid-19, I will gladly avail myself for such testing especially where we are located and the numbers we are recording. Our health is very important,” the former Kotoko left-back spoke to Oyerepa FM.
Obuasi, home-base of Ashanti Gold remain one of the hotspots of the novel virus in Ghana having recorded some huge number of cases so far.
