Ashanti Gold midfielder Abdul Latif Anabila is not ruling out a chance to join Kotoko in the second half of the season.
Kotoko are believed to have earmarked the midfielder as one of their major targets in the second transfer window.
Anabila has been one of the livewires for the Miners so far this season but set to be captured by their rivals.
“It is an honour hearing they need my services, Asante Kotoko is one of the biggest clubs in Africa and Ghana, he told Kumasi FM.
“It will be a big step in my career playing for them”.
“I must admit it’s an exciting moment for me and everyone at Ashgold”.
“I have a running contract with Ashantigold hence the ongoing negotiations between the two clubs.
“I am waiting for the response from the management after the negotiations”.
Kotoko reportedly missed out on the former New Edubiase and Club Africain player before the start of the season.
