Bechem United who are playing their first match of the competition displayed some exciting football to the admiration of the home fans.
“This will only be a surprise to those who do not know me. I have been doubling as the assistant coach since the days of Tom Strand and I’ve been the headcoach for my U-16 $ 17 academy in Akosombo so I’m not new to coaching Prof. darlyn told Kumasi FM.
The Chief Executive officer who have had some stinks in Europe said
“I’ve learnt a lot about coaching in Sweden and I’ve had some intensive courses in Holland but I don’t have the licence yet but very soon I will undertake that assignment to help me do the job professionally”.
He further stressed that “We went into the game as underdogs and Ashgold underrated us. I’m someone who’ve been working with white coaches hence I don’t really fear them”
“We’ve delayed in appointing a headcoach because of the absence of competitive football and our assistant coach has asked for permission to undertake certain assignment. I’ve been training with the team for sometime now and I had to take charge for today”, He said.
