Great Olympics has been hit with injury blow as first choice goalie, Benjamin Asare is set to miss the remainder of the season following a serious injury in the Mantse Derby.
Olympics settled for a one-all draw with their neighbours, Hearts of Oak in a fascinating local derby at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Hearts got the lead through Emmanuel Nettey who powered in a rebound shot after Benjamin Asare had punched a floated corner into Nettey’s path.
In the process to parry the ball, Asare collided with Benjamin Afutu in the air and was stretched off after the goal was given.

Commodore continued that situation around Asare’s return before the season ends is uncertain.
