A Former Deputy minister of Youth and Sports, and member of Parliament for Dormaa West Constituency, Vincent Oppong Asamoah has made startling revelations about Management members of Ghana’s National Football teams, insisting they are womanizers.
Hon Oppong Asamoah says Ghana will continue to labour for the AFCON trophy in vain if members of the management team do not change their Womanizing attitudes.
Having led Ghana to several international tournaments, Hon Oppong Asamoah told Happy Sports, “Some of the management members are indiscipline in their line of duty, and must be advised during international competitions”
“Ghanaians are too indiscipline, they cannot close their zips, when they travel for tournaments, they keep chasing girls, and disrupt the attention of the Players” he said in an interview with Odiasempa of Happy FM.
“I have followed the Black Stars to many tournaments, and see some of the management members changing girls at the team’s hotel, they compete with the players for girls, most of whom are foreigners” he added.
The former deputy Sports minister stressed that Ghana has quality players capable of winning any international competition, but the level of indiscipline makes it impossible for the team to make progress.
Mr Oppong Asamoah praised the Current minister of Youth and Sports Mustapha Ussif, insisting “he is a listening person”
I know the minister, he is a listening man, he has confered on all past ministers of sports, and I think if he continues this way, he will succeed, he said.
Hon. Vincent Oppong Asamoah was Deputy Sports Minister from 2014 to 2016, and supervised over several International matches with the Black Stars.
