Breaking News: Ghana Coach Akonnor hands Asante Kotoko Right back Christopher Nettey a debut Start in a creative system to play Sudan

Asante Kotoko defender Christopher Nettey will debut for the Black Stars when Ghana Lines up against the nile Crocodiles of Sudan in the 2021 AFCON qualifier in Cape Coast.

The 4-2-3-1 combative formation which is expected to march the Sudanese at all levels of the game will have Jordan Ayew play as an arrow head striker.

Returnee Afriyie Acquah will pair Amiens midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey in midfield to play as shield to a back four that includes Alexander Djiku, John Boye, Baba Rahman, and Nettey.

Coach Akonnor has kept Captain Andre Ayew in a hole of a 3 man attacking force which will be complimented by Tariq Fosu and Samuel Owusu on the flanks.

Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Richard Ofori returns to keep the post for the Black Stars in Akonnor’s forst competitive game after taking office in January.
