BREAKING NEWS: Ghana FA Approves Friday Night Football

 

Ghana Football Association(GFA) has approved Friday Night Football (FNF) as part of the 2019/20 kickoff times starting from the match day clash between Legon Cities FC and Asante Kotoko SC.

The latest innovation is to increase patronage and enhance player performances due to the harsh weather conditions across the country.

Match day two’s flagship clash between Legon Cities FC and Asante Kotoko SC will be the first FNF in the new campaign.

The move is expected to be replicated at venues with functional flood lights like the Obuasi Len Clay and Baba Yara stadium.
