The Ministry of Youth and Sports has ordered that all sporting activities in Ghana should be played behind closed doors in line with CAF directives on the organization of competitions.
A statement from the Minister has asked all clubs participating in the Ghana Premier league to adhere to the directives, and act accordingly.
The Ministry is further warning that all clubs ensure they take their members through the appropriate COVID-19 protocols and testing before accessing any sporting facility in the country.
The statement maintained that clubs that fail to provide COVID-19 certificates will not be allowed to play their matches as scheduled by the Ghana FA.
The latest directive supersedes the earlier one granted by the President of Ghana in allowing 25% of spectators at match venues.
