CAF appoints an all Egytian Officials for the Al Hilal vs Asante Kotoko Confederation Cup Match
CAF has appointed an all Egyptian match officials to handle the CAF Confederation cup 1st group match between Al Hilal of Sudan and Asante Kotoko of Ghana.
The Match officials are Mahmoud Zakaria Mohamed who will be the centre referees for the match, this will be Mahmoud Zakaria Mohamed second international match as a centre referee after his debut in 2017 when he officiated in the 2-1 home win of MC Alger against CS Sfaxien, in which he issued four yellow cards, and one Red Card.
Mahmoud Zakaria Mohamed was also involved in Nigeria’s 4-0 home win against Cameroon in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers, as a fourth referee.
Mahmoud Zakaria Mohamed will be assisted by Tahssen Abo El Sadat Bedyer and Youssef Wahid Youssef Elbosaty who are both Egytians
Asante Kotoko plays their first CAF Confederation cup group stage match away against Al Hilal on Sunday February 3, at the El Hilal Stadium, Omdurman – Sunday at 18:00.
