442gh.com continues its analysis on the outcome of the situation of the possibilities of how the Division one zone 3 will look after the CAS ruling that upheld the appeal case filed by Phar Rangers.
The Ruling from CAS charged the GFA to award points to all clubs that played against Okwahu United after March 12.
The club received the fines after week 14 clash against Tudu Mighty Jet, with the 14 day countdown taking the league to week 18.
Per the ruling of CAS all matches involving Okwahu United, the club will forfeit all the matches they won from week 18, and its points credited to the opponent.
Okwahu United won against Amidaus Professionals, Mighty Jets, Zein United, , Okyeman Planners, and Phar Rangers, and Drew with Kpando Heart of Lions
They lost the other matches they played against Kotoko Royals, Dynamos FC, Danbort FC, Accra Young Wise, Vision FC, Sporting Mirren, Uncle T Stars, and Dreams FC.
In awarding points base on the CAS ruling, the beneficiary clubs will be Kpando Heart of Lions 2pts, Amidaus Professional 3pts, Mighty Jets 3pts, Zein 3pts, with Okyeman Planners and Phar Rangers who were awarded points from the DC of the GFA, and CAS.
By the ruling of CAS, and the deduction and addition of points, then Uncle T Stars will be affected as they will not have any points addition from the above.
In the event the GFA applies the ruling of CAS, Uncle T Stars will maintain their 39 points on the log and move to 13th on the log, Phar Rangers will then move to 6th with 41 points, whiles Okyeman Planners moves to 7th with same points.
Dynamo, Zein, and Okwahu United will remain relegated, while Uncle T Stars will join the drop as the 4th team to go down the log.
