Chelsea have open negotiation with French giants Paris Saint-Germain over the sale of Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Bakayoko has been deemed a misfit at the English Club with the blues forcing to offload him from the team.
Paris Saint-Germain have shown interest and are willing to pay £40million for the 26-year-old.
The French International spent the 2019/20 season on loan at Italian side AC Milan who did not show any interest to make the deal permanent.
Milan had initially tabled £18.3million offer to have the midfielder on permanent basis, a bid which was rejected by the blues who currently value the player at £40million with PSG willing to meet the price tag.
Chelsea have looked beyond the French International since the arrival of Frank Lampard who looks unwilling to have the player in his set-up.
Lampard since taking charge has settled on Jorginho and Kante with youngster Mason Mount, Robin Loftus-Cheek and Ross Barkley available as his midfield options, ultimately giving Bakayoko no chance in the team.
