Chelsea have made their fourth signing by acquiring French youngster Malang Sarr.
Sarr,21, joined the blues on a five-year contract from French side OG Nice.
The defender ended his contract with the French Club and joins Chelsea in a new challenge.
However Chelsea will loan out the talented centre-back for the 2020/21 season.
Chelsea Sporting Director Marina Granovskaia sees Sarr as a good signing whose potentials will help the Club in the future.
‘The opportunity to sign Malang was one we could not miss. He is a tremendous prospect and we will be monitoring him closely during his loan period, hoping he will soon be back at Chelsea. We are very happy to welcome him to the club today.’
Sarr has represented France at various youth levels and was named as the captain of the 20-man France U18 squad by manager Bernard Diomède for the 2016 Limoges Tournament.
The player who holds his roots from Senegal is still eligible to represent the African side at International level.
Already Chelsea have side Hakim Ziyech, Timo Warner and Ben Chilwell from Ajax, RB Leipzig and Liecester City respectively.
