Legon Cities Football Club extended their busy transfer activities with two more arrivals in another groundbreaking deal on the local scene.
The Madina-based club stormed the local transfer market in recent weeks with Berekum Chelsea’s Jonah Attuquaye leading a pack of eight home based to have joined the Royals.
As part of plans to atone for their dreadful start to the 2020 GHPL, the rebuilding Royals returned to Berekum Chelsea and snatched the much sort after Braimah Foster for an undisclosed amount.
Braimah Foster earned reputation for his robust ball winning mentality at the center of the pitch and has now officially joined Legon Cities FC on a long term deal.
The Royals transfer train also added former Wa All Stars FC midfielder, Iddrisu Nafiu, to their ranks on a three year deal.
Known as Fabregas by his peers, Iddrisu Nafiu, rose through the ranks of Hearts Babies at the colts levels before joining Wa All Stars FC in the Ghana Premier league.
His unique passing accuracy, coupled with unexpected screamers from deep midfield position earned him recognition across the football parlance.
The duo joins Baba Mahama, Samuel Norgbey and Nicholas Gyan in the new set of players switching camp to the Royals.
