Turkish Super Lig side Galatasaray have been handed a huge competitive chase for their top target Benjamin Tetteh following interests from several English Premier League clubs according to the Daily Mail.
The Sparta Prague striker has recently hit tip form with the Czech Republic side and has suddenly popped up as a huge target for many Premier League clubs with the Winter Transfer window getting interesting.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the clubs are monitoring developments with Sparta Prague striker, and Benjamin Tetteh could end up in the EPL sooner than expected.
The typical centre forward who has been compared in style to his idol Didier Drogba has attracted strong interest from Turkish side Galatasaray, a side Drogba also played for.
A number of English clubs have been following the 21-year-old’s progress after his goal return of nine in 15 games and are weighing up whether to make a move following Galatasaray’s enquiry.
Despite the huge interest from the EPL clubs, Galatasaray boss Fatih Terim, is believed to have earmarked the young Ghanaian as his No 1 option for this window but will zoom in on Chelsea loanee Michy Batshuayi if the chase for Tetteh does not materialize.
Galatasaray have already put forward a proposal and Tetteh, who also has clubs from Germany scouting him this season, is waiting to see what other offers come in.
