The Ghana FA Association has proposed to have two COVID-19 testings for players and officials before the commencement of domestic competitions scheduled for October.
A proposed resumption document presented to members of the Association for review indicates the FA together with the Ghana Health services will test the teams before the start of the season, and another test before the start of the second round of a zonal league to be played at selected centres.
“Liaise with the GFA Medical Committee and the Ghana Health Service to test all persons directly involved in the competitions before the start of the season and at the start of the second round of the competition.” The document read.
Amongs those to be tested are 30 players each from the 18 Premier league clubs, 48 division one league clubs and the 16 Elite women league clubs.
Others to be tested includes 7 technical team members from each club, and 5 management team members from the 82 clubs.
