EXCLUSIVE: Mohamed Alhassan Shakes Off Injury Scare To Make WAFA SC Trip As Ushau Draws Closer To Phobian Debut

 

Ghana Premier League champions, Accra Hearts of Oak will make a short trip to Sogakope with a 22-man squad ahead of their matchday 2 with WAFA at the Red Bull Arena on Friday.

Defender, Mohammed Alhassan passed a late fitness test to make the squad after an on-the-pitch collapse in the game against Legon Cities.

 

James Serwonu replaces Nuru Sulley who will the game due to Malaria.

Forwards, Victor Aidoo and Agyenim Boateng also return to the squad after missing out on Matchday 1.

Accra Hearts of Oak thumped WAFA in Accra last season but lost to the Academy boys at the Red Bull Arena after they had already wrapped up the league.

Samuel Boadu will be looking to return to winning ways after a disappointing goalless last Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Game will be live on STARTIMES ADEPA CHANNEL at exactly 3 pm on Friday, 5th November 2021.
