Asante Kotoko midfielder Fabio Gama has said, together with new boy Michael Vinicius Junior, the two wants to entertain Ghanaians similar to how it is done in Brazil.
Gama scored and assisted one goal while Vinicius scored on his debut in a 4-0 thrashing of Bechem United on Wednesday, April 7.
Speaking after the game, Gama who won the best player of the match linked his performance to hard work and added he wants to bring Brazil football joy to Ghana.
“The plan is to work hard and to work together with the team. We have a great team in Ghana so if put on the pitch what the coach has given to us, we are going to do what we did today. We won, great job and a great match.” he said
“We want to bring our Brazil happiness to Ghana and enjoy which everyone is going to be happy. So we want to do it together and it was important Michael scored to get more confidence,” he added
The 28-year-old in conclusion dedicated his goal to his pregnant wife and unborn child.
“I want to offer this goal to my wife and my new baby. My new baby is coming and I thank Jesus for this opportunity in my life and thank you very much to all Kotoko fans for the support.”
