Want away Accra Hearts of Oak Striker Bernard Arthur has taken a swipe at Ghanaian Journalists for peddling fake news on his purported move from the Club insisting fake news spreads faster than the deadly Coronavirus, COVID-19.
Reacting to a number of media reports that suggested his desired move from the Continental club Masters as a results of his persistent in action in the Hearts of Oak starting line up.
Bernard Arthur took to his Facebook page where he criticized the media for peddling falsehood on his attempted move from the Phobians.
“Got noticed by the Fake News circulating around which I kjow nothing about, saying Accra Hearts of Oak disrespected me, I know bad news spreads faster than Coronavirus”. He said.
Bernard Arthur joined Accra Hearts of Oak after his return from Tanzania where he played for Azam FC, but has had limited playing time with 15 matches in the suspended Ghana Premier league.
He is believed to be on the rader of City rivals Accra Great Olympics who intends to beef up their striking options.
