The former Final Whistle winger has been in top form for Latvian side FC Riga since joining the club in January.
Clement was named the player of the season for Final Whistle FC after guiding them to gain promotion from the Latvian Division Two to the Division One League.
The left footed midfielder who plays on both flanks appears a replica of German star Mesut Ozil in Ghanaian colours.
The sensational creative midfielder joined Coach Jimmy Cobblah’s 40-man squad for preparations ahead of the African Youth Championship qualifiers.
The Black Satellites are awaiting the winner of the Algeria-Tunisia game.
Ghana failed to make it to the competition two years ago and missed out of the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
The youngster is one of the few foreign players in the squad dominated by players from the local scene.
Ghana remains the only country from the continent to win the FIFA U-20 World Cup after Andre Ayew led the team to triumph in Egypt 2009.
