Justice Blay played for Asante Kotoko in the 2019-20 Ghana Premier League season whilst on a season-long loan from the Mauve and Yellows.
However, the dream of the 28-year-old to turn his loan stint permanent could not materialize due to transfer fee disagreement.
The former Sekondi Hasaacas star returned to Medama SC at the start of the 2020-21 season where re-establiahed himself as a key man in the midfield of the Tarkwa based club.
He kept playing until he was hit with an injury which ruled him out of action for close to eight months.
Blay returned to pitch in October 2021 but did not renew his contract with Medeama which ended on 31st December 2021.
