Ghanaian Midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman Badu continued his philantropic duties of supporting African Families in Italy and some other parts of the World when he sent gifts at an undisclosed value to a number of African Children based in Udinese, where he played most part of his Professional Football career.
The children numbering over 100 recieved items including consumables and Stationary to support their school going activities.
Kofi Amponsah, Coordinator for Aseda Association, a group based in the the North-eastern Italian City presented the items on behalf of the Footballer.
“The gifts were part of the Player’s annual Xmas activities he has with children in the Udine Community, but COVID-19 lockdown prevented the celebration this year, so we had to postpone to this week when the Children resumed school”, Kofi Amponsah said during the Presentation.
Agyeman Badu offered same relief support to Foreign nationals living in Udine in 2020 as part of his efforts in fighting COVID-19 when he presented food items to more than 100 families in Udine.
Kofi Amponsah expressed gross appreciation to the Footballer who is currently without a club, and wished him God’s blessing for the gesture.
