Former Hearts of Oak MD Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe Believes 6 Months Is Enough For Normalization Committee

Former Managing Director for Accra Hearts of Oak Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe has opined that the Ghana FA Normalization Committee can use the mandated 6 months to restore football in the local scene amidst calls from the football sector for return of their most loved sports.
The former Hearts of Oak MD tipped the Normalization Committee to be able to round off their official duties by the time given despite calls for extension from a section of the media.
Niel Armstrong cited the standard nature of the Ghana Football Association statues and that an insignificant 15% might need some changes, if any at all.
Speaking on wide range of issues concerning the current state of Ghana football, Niel was confident the interim management can restore football in Ghana is just 8 weeks.
“Per the Ghana Football Association statues I think the Normalization Committee will have only 15% to change and 6 months in enough for that”, Neil Armstrong told Vision 1 FM.
He added, “Let’s forget about the legal issues and focus on the normalization of our football and forget about going to Africa”.
Neil Armstrong is a household name in Ghana football thanks to his dexterity in the game with experience gained from from practical evolution in the past years.
