Asante Kotoko are reportedly close to appointing former Real Madrid Youth coach, Kiko Martinez Lopez as their new manager according to sports journalist Nuhu Adams.
Kotoko at the moment are led by Abudlai Gazali as the head coach on paper while assistant coach and license B holder Johnson Smith lead the team from the bench during matchdays.
Several reports claim the management of the Reds is likely to make changes in their technical bench, which Kiko looks favourite for the job.
