Ghana international Frank Opoku Acheampong registered his 16th league of the campaign and missed a penalty as his Tianjin Teda slammed a painful 4-2 home reverse at the hands of Shenhua in the Chinese Super league.
The former Anderlecht left winger enjoyed mixed fortunes at the Tianjan Olympic Centre Stadium after scoring and missing another penalty in the 6-goal thriller.
Gerrado Moreno opened the scoring for Shenhua after 14 minutes before John Mikel Obi restored parity for the host 8 minutes after going behind.
Frank Acheampong then shot Tianjin Teda into a 30th minute from the spot kick before missing the chance to double his tally 9 minutes later.
Zhu Jianrong the scored a quick blistering brace to turn the game on its head before Freddy Alejandro Guarin nailed the win for the visitors.
