GFA SC: General Statistics after match day 8, Asante Kotoko, and WAFA leads the pack

 

442gh.com. brings you a compilation of all the interesting numbers in the GFA Special competition after it came to a first round end.

55-A total of fifty-five matches have been played at the end of the first round of matches, Group A has 23 matches, while group B has 32 matches.

103 – total goals scored in the competition is One Hundred and three, group A has 36 goals , with group B scoring 67 goals.

 

12/9– WAFA SC and Karela United are the highest goal scoring clubs in the competition, they have twelve goals from eight matches from group B, Asante Kotoko leads the scorers chart in group A with 9 goals.

1.87 – The average goal per game is 1.87 percent, Group A stands at  1.56 goal per game, whiles group B has 2.09 per game.

12 -Inter Allies have the weakest defence in the competition after conceding twelve goals in eight matches, Eleven wonders on the other hand have conceded 8 goals in group A.

67 – The total number of goal scorers in the competition is sixty- seven. Group A has 24 scorers, with 43 scorers in group B.

10– WAFA SC has the highest number of goal scorers for an individual club, they have ten different goal scorers.

1– Tight Defence – Elmina Sharks have the best defence in the competition,  they have conceded only one goal in the competition, they have kept  seven clean sheets in the competition

6 – Abdul Fatawu Shafiu of Asante Kotoko is the leading scorer of the competition, he has six goals in six matches.
