Asante Kotoko and Aduana Stars will battle it out for three points in the biggest match of Ghana Premier League week 10 on Sunday evening.
The match will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium in Accra.
Aduana surrendered the eighth position after a 2-1 defeat to Legon Cities last weekend and they will be targeting a win against the Porcupine Warriors.
The only positive from the match in Dormaa was Yahaya Mohammed and Fatau Abdulrahman goals.
Yahaya Mohammed, who scored 10 goals in the truncated league, is expected to play a key role and help Aduana overcome Kotoko.
Aduana Stars have scored nine goals and conceded six in their last six outings. Yahaya Mohammed and Prince Anokye will play against their former club on Sunday.
For Kotoko, they come into the game high on confidence though they moved to the third position. The reason being they have proved to produce their best in their past five games.
In the five games, they have scored six goals and have won nine points. In their last match, they beat out of form Ebusua Dwarfs at the Robert Mensah stadium.
Asante Kotoko and Aduana Stars have been quite balanced in their last five meetings, winning one each and drawing three.
This will be the 18th league meeting between the two sides. They have both won five each with seven ending in draws.
The game is scheduled for 6pm kick off and will be broadcasted live on StarTimes Adepa channel 247.
