Ghanaian Attacker Nana Poku Joins Iraqi Top-flight Club Al-Kahrabaa FC

Ghanaian Attacker Nana Poku is the latest to join the Iraqi Train after sealing a move to top flight side Al-Kahrabaa Football Club.
The 29-year old forward joined the Rusafa based club as a free agent after leaving Malaysian Super League side Perak FC in the May 2021.
Poku signed an initiatial one-season contract with the Iraqi club successfully passing his mandatory medical examination.
The deal was brokered by fast growing Ghanaian Agency, Sports Light Consult under the leadership of North Africa and Middle East transfer expert Nana Kwarteng.
Nana Poku, a former Ashanti Gold SC striker, becomes the 4th Ghanaian player to move to Iraq in the current transfer.
He follows Hearts of Oak duo Nuru Sulley and Emmanuel Nettey who both joined Duhok Sports Club earlier this week; and former Liberty Professionals defender Moro Lamine who completed a move to Newroz FC.
