Ghanaian FIFA Referees List For 2019

World Football governing body FIFA have updated their list of referees with ten new Ghanaian referees joining the fray.

Following the Anas Exposé in 2018 which affected several Ghanaian FIFA referees, the list has been updated with promising young officials taking the place of those who were affected by the controversial investigative piece.

In the male category, four new center referees have been given the FIFA badge with five assistant referees while only one female assistant referee joined the fray with no center referee.

Abdul Latif Qadir, Charles Bulu, Benjamin Sefah and George Mawuli are the four new referees who have been given the new badges as center referees while Mary Tei is the only woman to be given the badge in the assistant referees’ category.
