Ghanaian football icon Abdul Golden Boy has joined Togolese side Etiole Filante as the new head coach of the club.
The 1978 African footballer of the year has been appointed as the new manager for the second tier side after a successful negotiation between the two parties.
The appointment of the Ghanaian legend takes effect and his immediate assignment is to seal promotion to the Togolese top tier in the next 2 years.
Abdul Razak starred for Asante Kotoko SC in his formative stages as a footballer and has earned over 70 caps for the Black Stars of Ghana.
He also featured for Al Ain and Africa Sports in a glamorous career before retiring in 1990.
