Ebusua Dwarfs coach, Ernest Thompson has expressed his excitement after living up to his words before the game against Asante Kotoko on Wednesday.
Although Dwarfs lost, 0-1, Thompson was delighted to keep Kwame Poku at bay and made “the kitchen too hot” for Fabio Gama who had an afternoon to forget.
Poku had an average game as Gama was substituted a few minutes into the second half.
“I said that we were going to neutralise some of their players and it came on perfectly. Kwame Poku was just a passenger in the game kicked out of the game because the kitchen was too hot for him.”He said after the game
He added that his side looks forward to correcting their mistakes and hope to have a good game against WAFA on Saturday.
“They(Kotoko) had their moment and that was the chance they scored. That is it. We will go back to the drawing board and come back stronger against WAFA.”
