GPL WK5: Mathew Cudjoe Rescues Frustrated Porcupines From Wounded Crabs, Strikes First Competitive Goal For Asante Kotoko SC

Asante Kotoko SC 16 year prospect Mathew Cudjoe lived up his billing as a burgeoning talent with game changing goal for the Porcupine Warriors in their 2-0 win over Ebusua Dwarfs FC.

The left footed prodigy dusted himself from the bench to rejuvenate the then ailing hopes of Asante Kotoko SC at the confined arena.

Slapped with a five game home ban by the Ghana Football Association, Maxwell Konadu and embattled team needed a leader to end their woes and Mathew Cudjoe accepted the mantle with ease.

A spirited performance off the bench was capped with an exquisite finish to set the Porcupine Warriors en route to eventual 2-0 win.

Richard Arthur made sure of the win with an insurance goal to keep the points inside the empty stadium.
