The Phobians, from sources received a letter of interest from a lower division side in France who offered Afriyie a chance to train with the side with the aim of signing a deal with the player.
Hearts of Oak seem not interested in the offer hence have rejected as they look forward to rather securing a lucrative deal or possibly keep the player for the CAF Champions League.
The Ghana Champions are adamant to release any of their star men and are rather looking to making additions to their current squad.
Afriyie, 20, was one of the key members in the Hearts of Oak team this season scoring four goals for the side and also playing a big role.
Already reports claim the Rainbow Club are preparing a fresh contract for the former Madina Republicans players and Kotoko trainee.
