Hearts of Oak are unwilling to terminate the contract of defender Nuru Sulley.
The centre back is regarded surplus at the Club and has requested for his contract to be terminated.
Sulley lost his position at the Club to Robert Addo, few matches into the 2020/21 season and since struggled for first team opportunities.
He is now eager to leave the club but Hearts of Oak remain reluctant to accept his request.
Reports claim the Ghana Champions will only agree to cancel the deal should the player be prepared to pay $20,000 as breach of contract.
The 28-year-old is also said to have received an offer from Iraqi side Erbil FC.
Hearts of Oak will be playing in Africa and would definitely need all their Arsenals for a successful campaign.
