The possibility of AshantiGold securing the services of a local trainer is high according to the club’s Administrative Manager, Daniel Bioh.
The Miners are manager-less at this juncture following the departure of Romain Folz without their consent.
He became the second coach to go leave Ashgold without the notice of the club after Roberto Landi this season.
Administrative Manager of Ashgold, Daniel Bioh said the appointment of a local coach will solve the situation.
” We intend to find a lasting solution to this problem. We will have to consider coaches on the local terrain.” He told JoySports
“That does not also mean the possibility of considering people beyond the shores of Ghana but emphatically I know that our focus right now will basically be on considering local coaches for the role” Bioh concluded.
Assistant coach Thomas Duah will lead the team this weekend when AshantiGold welcome Eleven Wonders at the Len Clay Stadium.
