Asante Kotoko left-back, Imoro Ibrahim won another man-of-the-match award this weekend in the Reds’ 1-1 draw against WAFA on Saturday.
The Porcupines failed to reclaim top spot from bitter rivals Hearts of Oak after sharing the spoils with the Academy boys in Obuasi on matchday 26.
Ismail Ganiu gave Kotoko the lead from the spot but the lead did not last long as Justus Torsutsey pulled parity for WAFA before half time.
Imoro down the left side as usual was at his best with an outstanding display pulling stings for Kotoko but his efforts were not enough to earn the league chasers a needed victory.
However, the young left-back was reward the NASCO man-of-the-match award for his stunning performance.
The former Karela United man has now won the award four times, the more than any player in club.
His first was against Dreams FC where he scored the match winner and a second followed against Inter Allies then a third against King Faisal and now a fourth after 26 games in the ongoing campaign.
