Iraqi side Erbil Sport Club have officially written to Hearts of Oak requesting the services of defender Nuru Sulley.
Erbil want to sign the centre-back on loan after he was deemed excess to weight at Hearts of Oak.
Sulley have lost his position at Hearts of Oak and have already requested to have his contract terminated.
The 29-year-old wants out of the Club with growing interest from Erbil.
He could be making a return to Iraq where he previously played for Naft Al-Junoob before rejoining Hearts of Oak at the beginning of the 2020/21 season.
The move will see Erbil have the former Alanyaspor defender on a short-term loan with the option to make the deal permanent.
Hearts of Oak are currently weighing up the offer on the table before making a decision as the Club might need him for their CAF Champions League campaign.
Having failed to sign WAFA defender Konadu Yiadom, Sulley could be the only reserve center-back for the Club’s participation in Africa’s inter-club competition.
