Johnson Smith Expects Kotoko To React Well In The Next Game After Defeat To Sharks

Asante Kotoko assistant coach Johnson Smith has urged the team to keep their heads high despite the defeat to Elmina Sharks last Friday.
Smith says the loss is just a setback, which the Reds will pick up the pieces and turn the tables in the subsequent games.
Kotoko suffered first away defeat at the Ndoum Sports Complex with Alhaji Mustapha’s second-half strike doing the damage.
“By all means. Because it’s a league so we shouldn’t get disappointed. We have to fight on and come out victorious.”
Meanwhile, the Porcupines have had their transfer ban lifted and are eligible to bring in new additions.
The former Karela United FC manager, therefore, believes signing another striker will be important for the team.
“Yeah because we have only one striker now. So we have to beef up our striking department.”
Following the defeat, Kotoko maintains in their position, 6th, with 24 points and have two games in hand.
