Karela United Gaffer Talking Tough Ahead of Kotoko Clash

Head Coach of Karela United, Bismark Kobi-Mensah has taken a swipe at Ghana Premier League leaders Asante Kotoko ahead their blockbuster encounter at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in Ayinase this Sunday.
According to the young trainer, his side are not afraid of the Porcupine Warriors despite relative unimpressive start to the 2021-22 Campaign.
Pressure is mounting on Kobi-Mensah to turn things around for the Pride and Passion lads following their 2-0 Nzema derby lost to Medeama SC last Monday.
Karela United face early-season league leaders in their next game and ahead of the tie, their trainer insist his side are not going to be pushovers because kotoko is beatable.
“Kotoko are not a special team so we are not afraid of them. We can beat them on Sunday, because they are really beatable,” Kobi-Mensah told the Domesticsports in an interview.
“Supporters are sad but I don’t think they should because the league has not ended.
“We still have may matches to play and I believe that anything can happen,” the Samatex coach added.
Karela United are currently sitting 9th on the league log with 5 points out of a possible 12.
