Sunset Sports Keta CEO Dzidodo Ruben Adjahoe has passionately appealed to Ghana beach soccer sponsors, Cal Bank to consider building a standard beach soccer arena in Keta.
Mr. Adjahoe who was addressing the MD of Cal Bank Mr. Frank Adu during a trophy presentation event at the bank’s headquarters in Accra stated that Keta is deserving of a standard Arena since the teams from the area are at the forefront of the sports in Ghana. He also indicated the arena is worthy as the town is poised to be the premier destination for beach soccer in the West African Sub Region.
In his response the MD of Cal Bank Mr. Adu indicated his outfit will consider the options of having an arena in Keta as the idea is laudable. He said considering the bank doesn’t have a branch in the area, building an arena in Keta might be equally beneficial to their brand. Mr. Adu told the Keta teams they will be tasked to protect the facility to encourage his outfit to do same in other coast communities so as to promote the development of the sport nationally.
