Former Asante Kotoko Management member, Dr. Kwame Baah Nuako says he wishes the club keep their two Cameroonian strikers Frank Etouga Mbella and George Mfegue at the club for some years.

The two players have taken the Ghana Premier League by storm and have been scoring for fun.

Their contribution has seen Kotoko on top of the league table and their performances have already attracted interest from other clubs.

Mr Baah Nuakoh speaking to Accra based Hot FM says maintaining the two will be great for Kotoko but some offers that the club may receive will be impossible to turn down.

“I have taken several opportunities to watch these guys and I must admit that they are very good players who have currently added some spice to the Kotoko team, I wish they are maintained for some few years in the club but some offers (HUGE) can overturn your initial mindset so let’s see how it goes ” he added

Frank Mbella has scored 19 goals in the Ghana Premier League and is currently leading the goal king cart.

His partner George Mfegue has 6 goals.

Frank Etouga Mbella has earned a call up to the Cameroon national team ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers next month.
